Throughout the entire lifecycle of a product (especially multi-dose formulations, cosmetics, and antibacterial materials), preventing and controlling microbial contamination is a core aspect for ensuring its safety and effectiveness. The antimicrobial efficacy research aims to scientifically verify whether the antimicrobial system (preservatives) in the product formulation can effectively inhibit or kill the potential microorganisms that may be introduced. It is a mandatory key research for the registration application and quality control of drugs, cosmetics, and antibacterial materials.
