We maintain governance processes to support secure data handling, segregation, and confidentiality throughout service delivery.

We respect and protect intellectual property (IP) rights. We maintain IP protection requirements and procedures, including confidentiality obligations, access controls, and accountability measures, to reduce the risk of unauthorized disclosure, misuse, or infringement. We expect employees and relevant third parties to comply with these requirements and with applicable IP laws.

We maintain quality and compliance systems aligned with applicable global regulatory and quality standards across our operations, including R&D, regulatory submissions, service delivery, and data management. We conduct internal audits and are subject to external inspections and audits by relevant authorities and qualified third parties, as applicable. We document and retain records to support regulatory compliance and quality assurance.

Milestone Pharma prohibits bribery and corruption in any form. We comply with applicable anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws and require employees and relevant third parties to act with integrity in all business interactions. We do not offer, promise, authorize, request, or accept improper payments or anything of value to obtain or retain business or secure an improper advantage.

Where our services involve or support research activities, we expect such activities to be conducted in compliance with recognized ethical principles and the requirements of competent authorities and relevant industry bodies.

We implement measures to prevent pollution, promote efficient resource use, and reduce environmental impacts where feasible. Our laboratories follow established safety standards and procedures, and we maintain incident prevention and response requirements to support a safe working environment.
